Her passion for hair grew out of her father’s battle with cancer that taught her how deeply hair is connected to confidence and identity — and it shows in the care she brings to every appointment. Clients love how much she listens and her attention to detail.

Outside the salon, she's usually with her pets, trying new coffee spots, or has '80s and '90s music playing behind the chair (bring a song recommendation, she's always adding to her playlist).

Karina Perez

With 11 years behind the chair, German specializes in beautiful, rich color for all hair textures. His love for hair started by doing his friends’ hair and watching them light up feeling beautiful — and that’s still what drives him today. His vibe: luxury, rich, magical. Clients keep it simple: “You ate, as always.”

Outside the salon, he’s either shopping or deep into a video game. And beyond hair, he’s an artist through and through.

Jordan Washington

Jordan brings 8 years of experience and a sharp eye for blonding, blowouts, and dimensional color. He got his start in makeup artistry before falling in love with hair — and clients love him for his precision, trust, and can't-miss results. Off the clock, you'll catch him at a concert, a festival, or trying the newest spot in town

With 18 years of experience and 2 spent building Collective from the ground up, Heather specializes in custom color formulation, reds, and weft extensions — though upstyles and special occasions are where her heart really is. Her style: classic beauty with an edge, minimalist chic. Clients say she's honest, funny, and always finding a way to make the experience even better.

Outside the salon, she's yelling at her husband, never being a regular mom, and way too invested in true crime. Her favorite soundtrack to work to: the sound of a busy, buzzing salon.

With 21 years of experience, Ryanne is a master of precision haircuts, balayage, and extensions. She's always been amazed by how much a great hair can change the way you feel.
